John H. Kim, President/ CEO
Mr. Kim is a successful entrepreneur and a true visionary, he has a proven track record of scaling and building companies. Mr. Kim started his career working for German public company in the InfoSec security industry protecting data and voice communications for mission critical banks, insurance companies, and government agency’s in Southeast Asia. Soon after, he joined Trusted Computer Solutions, TCS, in Singapore as VP Business Development. TCS was the exclusive partner to market homeland security product and services to Southeast Asian countries. Mr. Kim was awarded many accolades and eventually started his own company which he built and exited. In 2004, Mr. Kim Co-Founded Reliance Star Payment Services, national credit card processing company based in Great Neck, New York. The company won many awards and accolades over the years, at its peak had over 50 full time staff and partnered with over 200 Independent Sales Organizations. Mr. Kim has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry working with Foxtons, Managing over 50 buyer agents, then Remax, and Charles Rutenberg Realty. Combined Mr. Kim has sold over $100 Million in residential and commercial properties from Hamptons, to Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Bronx, and Brooklyn Counties. Mr. Kim pursued his education from London School of Economics.
Fenella Kim, COO/ CFO
Fenella grew up in a family who love and breath real estate. Her father was a real estate broker and licensed property auctioneer in Malaysia. Her brother founded a real estate software company. When she migrated to United States she dived right into the real estate industry and became a licensed real estate agent in the early 2000. In 2004, Fenella founded Reliance Star Payment Services and became the President & CEO of the company. She has spent the last two decades introducing innovative products, services and technology providing full-service electronic payment solutions to small and medium size businesses nationwide. In 2011, Fenella became the nation’s first recipient of the Certified Payment Professional (CPP) certification. Inc. magazine has three times listed Reliance Star in its hall of fame rankings of America’s Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies. She was awarded SmartCEO Future50, WPO President’s award, Fast 100 Asian American, Enterprising Women, Stevie Award, Long Island Power Women and 40 under 40 award to name a few. In 2018, she founded Champkids with the goal of fundraising scholarship for students in poverty. Fenella’s dedication to her community defines her philosophies on which she has built her businesses. In December 2019, Fenella launched RYDEBOT, a smart motorized rideable suitcase company and in January, 2020 Fenella and Mr. Kim launched NextHome Platinum Properties. Fenella is fluent in five languages. She was awarded full scholarship for her Bachelor degree in Electrical Power Engineering and attended Harvard Business School through a scholarship. Fenella was a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Entrepreneurship in 2013.
Dr. Steven A. Martello

Dr. Martello is the Managing Director/ Chairman of DeltaStrategic Solutions, a global intelligence, security and investigations company. During the Raegan-Bush administration, he was a member of the White House Advance Operations Team. He managed logistics for Air Force One and Motorcade Design. Being connected with the Presidential advance staff and security team, he has consulted with numerous law enforcement and intelligence agencies such as the FBI and Interpol. Dr. Martello also served as Chancellor of the International Institute of Management for the Department of Education, is a sworn officer of the Nassau County Police Department. He assists with community outreach, enforcement initiatives and assisting the Department in its ancillary community support and safety functions. Recipient of the Department’s Meritorious Service Award, credited with saving two lives at an accident scene. He taught business strategy as an instructor at Queens College to provide clarity on business responsibility and ethics. Dr. Martello engaged with Mckinsey & Company supporting corporate and board consultancies with respect to business improvement and security strategies. As a property and financial technology pioneer, he is an expert in integrating security and property management. His comprehensive property efficiency enhances solutions into critical technology and systems in various environments. Dr. Martello believes in continuous training and education and serves as a CERT/OEM first responder. He is certified in CPR and use of AEDs, as an emergency management first responder (FEMA). Dr. Martello is a practiced business professional, focused on results and enhancing value to shareholders and stakeholders. A graduate of Queens College, he acquired an MBA in Organizational Management, (1991) and a Doctorate in International Business Strategy and Finance from La Salle University Graduate School (1993) and earned a law degree from William Taft School of Law (1995).

Chris has 32 years of experience in designing, building, operating of restaurants and clubs with heavy emphasis on design aesthetics, quality, relationship management, brand and representation to an unequivocal audience.He strived on delivering an exemplary experience to each individual through the artful blend of décor and design, customer appreciation and the finest in presentation and delivery of products. With his passion in music and as a member in strings artisan guild, he started his career in the technical sales field for companies like Siemens, Fonar, General Electric and Toshiba Medical.
In 1994, Chris became the owner operater of CJV Development/ Phusion Group and later as owner operator for La Bonne Quiche & La Bonne Quiche II. He also had the experience in managing Palm Beach Yacht Club and the most recent six years he was the designer, builder, and operator for Club121 in Amityville, New York. Chris is the Chair of American Wine Society Long Island Chapter. He is involved with Huntington Chamber of Commerce, Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce and DSNY Executive Round Table. He was honored in the Qualified Renaissance Man Competition.

Michael Watt has 20-plus years of experience on Long Island in roles ranging from managing an entrepreneurial incubator community to directing internal & external communications to association management, government liaison and crisis management. Since launching 516 Magazine in 1989, he has promoted and advocated on behalf of the Long Island business community while overseeing the operations of LongIsland.com, The Long Island Partnership and several trade organizations. From 2010 to 2015 he was a twice-monthly contributor to the Long Island Business News op-ed section, and this past January he was given the 2019 Business Advocate of the Year by the Melville Chamber of Commerce, one of Long Island’s fastest growing chambers of commerce. He is currently the Executive Director & Founder of The Liincs Organization, an association comprised of Long Islanders looking to establish a career or become leaders with their respective local communities.

Robert Hayes, CEO, Proactive Threat Solutions

Robert Hayes is the CEO of Proactive Threat Solutions, a company that focuses on active shooter training and education for civilians. Utilizing 20 years of hands on, Policing experience, he is passionate about delivering consistent, high quality education and advice to his clients. Robert oversees all aspects of his company including client operations, compromised of seminars, vulnerability audits and emergency response plan annexations. Along with his current role, Robert is also a highly decorated Police Officer for the Village of Floral Park. As a leader within the Department, Robert is responsible for the training and education of his fellow Officers in the disciplines of Firearms and Tactics, Combat Medicine and Law Enforcement Response to Mass Casualty Events. He received his title of Firearms and Tactics Instructor through the Federal Bureau of Investigations and was the recipient of the prestigious F.B.I. “Top Gun” award, for his skills in marksmanship. Being a New York State General Topics Instructor, he understands how to write effective lesson plans, manage students, navigate curriculum and offer real feedback. Prior to joining the Floral Park Police Department, Robert was a Detective with the N.Y.P.D. His areas of expertise were in investigations and fugitive apprehension. Robert is highly adept with interviewing and interrogation techniques and is credited with more than a thousand arrests and apprehensions. He also worked with Intelligence as a Dignitary Protection Specialist and provided executive protection for foreign dignitaries and their families. As a member of the Witness Protection Team, Robert was tasked with providing long and short term security for high risk targets. Robert is dedicated to serving the community and because of his specialized roles within Law Enforcement, he bridges a gap and brings a unique perspective on how to educate civilians.

Rosemarie Kluepfel– Assistant Branch Manager, NYS Licensed Mortgage Originator for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Hauppauge NY, under the supervision of the NYS Department of Financial Services. She specializing in Conventional, Renovation, VA and FHAInsured Loans. She has written several articles on the subject matter and facilitated workshops for perspective buyers, real estate agents and industry related organizations. Rosemarie is a New York Department of State Approved Real Estate Instructor, Certified Military Housing specialist and Long Island Board of Realtors® Instructor. She is also the Long Island Community Liaison for the Fairway Foundation, the 501c3 arm of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, the 4th largest VA Lender in the country. Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, an Employee-Owned national direct lender in 50 states, is dedicated to assisting veterans and has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars in recent years. In 2019, they awarded a fully renovated and furnished mortgage-free 3 bedroom/2 bath home to a Long Island Purple Heart recipient. The Veteran selected by a panel of local veterans based on need, suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other injuries incurred from multiple tours in Afghanistan.
A long time veteran advocate, Rosemarie was a key member of the volunteer team that help raise the funds and donations needed to complete the Long Island project. She has spoken to schools, businesses, organizations and other non-profits throughout the Long Island community in order to bring awareness of the disproportionate amount of homelessness and suicide among our veterans through the Purple Heart Campaign. She continues to search for resources to assist our returning veterans in order to make the transition back to civilian life less burdensome as PTSD and a lack of an adequate adjustment period can lead to additional hardships.Rosemarie is a Blue Star Mother as her daughter Alexa serves in the U.S. Army.
